BEARS launch event

BEARS is a virtual reality training programme for children and young people with bilateral Cochlear Implants. Ideas 4 Ears – MEDEL search for young inventors

  We know children can come up with amazing ideas, so if you are aged 6-12 years old and have a brilliant invention bouncing around in that brain of yours, MEDEL would love to hear all about it. Last year 108 children from 28 different countries participated and sent in 86 invention ideas. Learn British Sign Language Online with NDCS

National Deaf Children Society has announced information about several new courses for families to learn British Sign Language (BSL). There are: Baby and Toddler Sessions (0-3 years) Family with deaf young children (0-7 years) Deaf young people (8-14 years) As long as you have access to a computer, smartphone or tablet with an internet connection you will be able to access National Deaf Children Society online events.
