Nucleus Smart App – How to pair it with your processor

The NEW Nucleus Smart App has been issued and if you download it you will need to pair it with your processor.

Cochlear have shared these documents and videos for patients on how to pair their processor to the new app with both Apple and Android.  

Those who are already using the previous app; have a contralateral hearing aid or bilateral implants seem to be the cases that are having more difficulty with this.  If you have problems pairing the app with your processor, additional instructions are being prepared for these situations.  If you follow these instructions and are not successful, contact USAIS for further support in the meantime.
