Links between hearing loss and anxiety

Have you wondered about the links between hearing loss and susceptibility to developing anxiety?

Bethen is undertaking research into this.  If you are over 18 years with – or without – hearing loss AND have NOT been diagnosed with anxiety disorder, your participation will help to understand possible links. There are other exclusions.

There is the offer of £35 reimbursement for study time and additional payments for travel if you are eligible.

What does the study entail?

There is an initial questionnaire to check eligibility.  If you are eligible there will be some health checks and a few questions about anxiety.  Then 20 minutes of breathing air and carbon dioxide, then more health checks, then more questions about anxiety.
