How USAIS is providing a service over the Easter Period 2025
Normally USAIS staff are working to support our patients from 8am – 6pm Monday through to Friday. The team does not work weekends or bank holidays. In addition, the University has closure days during the Easter and Christmas holidays during which staff need permission to be on site.
During closure days, USAIS will be providing a repairs and telephone advice service.
The next closure days will be over the Easter period. Please see details below:

If you are subscribed to the Manufacturer Led Repairs Service, those teams will be working as normal on 16th and 17th April 2025.
