Systems Support Manager Post at Auditory Implant Service
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dedicated and compassionate multi-disciplinary team at The University of Southampton Auditory Implant Service (USAIS).

The Service Systems Support Manager will provide support for the Auditory Implant Service Team and will be responsible for delivering first-line support and technical change management co-ordination, triage for user queries relating to our systems, Stakeholder management as well as provide data analysis and reporting.
The successful candidate will apply stakeholder management experience to identify business needs, operational efficiencies, and future technical solutions.
In addition the post holder will document current and potential working practices by eliciting, analysing, validating, and mapping systems and processes in a way that identifies business benefits.
The Systems Support Manager will work closely with colleagues in the team to document, manage and improve key processes within the Auditory Implant Service.
