National Deaf Children’s Society for Young People Annual Survey
Help us achieve more for deaf children by sharing our annual survey with parents |
|
Since 2018, the National Deaf Children’s Society has run an annual survey for parents and carers of deaf children aged 0 to 25 from across the UK.
The survey helps us understand the challenges deaf children and young people and their families face, and allows us to annually monitor the ‘state of the nation’ in a variety of areas, including: identification, services, language and communication, early years, school, careers and transitions, life and activities, general challenges and concerns. We use the results to inform campaigns, support the development of services and to make sure we’re on track with our strategy. We are committed to making that information available to you as well, to provide you with insights to support your work with deaf children and young people. You can explore our visual, interactive Google Data Studio dashboard here. Our 2023 survey is now open to any parent or carer of a deaf child aged 0 to 25, so please do share it across your networks and with the families you support. The survey closes on 6 February. |
