Gaming whilst using a CI Processor

Whether gaming with a console or a computer, what’s the best way to hear sound?  Headphones? Bluetooth? Each works in most settings and has advantages and disadvantages.

Phonak produce Assistive Listening Devices to support CI Processor users and have produced a leaflet about their Roger On and TV Connector and how they can enhance the gaming experience.

Some CI Manufacturers offer these as a free accessory with their processors so you may want to consider these if you are a Gamer.  Look after them because they are not cheap to buy.  The Phonak supplier is Connevans.

The full leaflet with all relevant information about the advantages and disadvantages of each option is available below.

The Nintendo devices (Wii, DS, Switch), Sony PlayStation (PS4 PS5), XBox (Xbox One, Xbox Series X) and PC, however, you like to play, can connect to the TV Connector or Roger On.  Consider these if your device manufacturer offers them as a free accessory, if you are a gamer
