Christmas Closure Days at the University 2024
As people prepare for the festivities and bank holidays over the next couple of weeks, USAIS is preparing for the University Closure Days.
The University is closing on 24th December this year, so the last day of normal service for USAIS will be Monday 23rd December 2024. Normal service will be resumed on Thursday 2nd January.
USAIS does not operate on weekends or Bank Holidays. So any problems experienced on those days will need to either wait until the next working day or, in an emergency, go to your nearest hospital and ask for the Duty ENT Surgeon.
On closure days, USAIS will be operating a skeleton service and will be able to send out parts and processors.
Patients who are subscribed to a Manufacturer Led Repairs service should contact them with any queries.
USAIS will have an Audiologist available on closure days, so if you have any questions or concerns which cannot be resolved by the repairs service, please call or contact us in the usual way.
Closure days this year are:
- Tuesday 24th December
- Friday 27th December
- Monday 30th December
- Tuesday 31st December
