BSL Exhibition Tour – John Hansard Gallery

On 15th April 2023 there will be a BSL tour of David Blandy’s Atomic Light Exhibition.  The tour guide will be Martin Glover, a British Sign Language user.

Atomic Light tells the story of David Blandy’s grandfather, a World War II prisoner of War, who believed that the atomic bombing of Hiroshima saved his life.  The exhibition allows visitors to explore this haunting question.

The John Hansard Gallery is part of the University of Southampton and based in Above Bar Street in the centre of Southampton.

Martin Glover is a Deaf Architect and an established BSL facilitator for galleries and museums.
