Clinic Administrator (Closing date 17th June 2021) – 27 hours per week fixed term 20 months
Responsible for processing referrals, booking appointments, dealing with queries, collating and sending out information to patients or clinical and management staff. USAIS is looking for an experienced administrator, who will demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills and a customer-centric approach. The successful candidate will be a team player, able to manage a range of tasks, work with minimal supervision and demonstrate a ‘can-do and solution focussed’ approach.

Clinical Psychologist (Closing date 30th June 2021) – 0.6 FTE, Permanent
USAIS is looking for a highly motivated Senior Clinical Psychologist to join the multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be involved in providing a specialist clinical psychology service to severely-profoundly deaf adults who are under assessment for a cochlear implant. He/she will be involved in supporting adults pre- or post-cochlear implantation. Intervention might include individual sessions for patients, work with the wider family, or group work in the centre as well as working with other members of the multidisciplinary team. Initially this post will involve working with the adult cochlear implant population but there may be opportunities for working with a child and young person caseload in the future.

Clinic Support Manager (Closing date 4th July 2021) – Full time, Permanent
USAIS is looking for a critical member of the team who will ensure appropriate stock is procured and this is managed and maintained within a defined budget and that all aspects of health and safety are given priority to ensure all our patients and staff are safe. In addition, the successful candidate will be developing and designing and developing policies and procedures so the need for strong IT skills particularly the use of MS Office is a must. To be successful the post holder will be an experienced administrator, with experience of planning and progressing work activities within broad professional guidelines.
