Our current opening times are 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday.

Most of the requests for spare equipment will be fulfilled by post. We might ask you to stay in your car if you need to pick up any spare equipment from AIS and we will bring it to you. If you are self-isolating you may need to ask someone to do this for you; please discuss this further when you contact us.
